How much does shipping cost?

We can post your item to anywhere in Australia for $8 AUD standard delivery, and $16 express. If you order over $100 AUD we will send your item for free via standard delivery. If you order over $200 we will express ship your order for free.

Who are your shipping carriers?

We generally ship with Australia Post, so you can use Parcel Lockers or PO boxes to receive your packages anywhere in Australia. If we believe you may have a better experience, we may use other carriers to deliver your package, however we will never do this when a PO Box or Parcel Locker is the nominated shipping address.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship internationally to New Zealand, Canada, the United States, and the United Kingdom. If your country is not on this list yet, please contact us at letschat@mae.ink - we are happy to ship to more places! International shipping options and costs will be displayed during the checkout process. Please keep in mind that customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply, which are the responsibility of the recipient. If you order over $200 AUD, we will ship for FREE anywhere in the world!

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we offer free shipping on orders that meet certain criteria. The eligibility for free shipping is typically based on factors such as order value or promotional offers. If you order over $100 AUD worth of products, we will discount any delivery charges by $8 (essentially free standard shipping in Australia). If you order over $200 AUD, we will ship for FREE anywhere in the world!

Do you offer expedited shipping?

Yes, we offer expedited shipping options for customers who require faster delivery. During the checkout process, you will be presented with various shipping methods, including expedited options. Please note that expedited shipping may involve additional costs.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and instructions on how to track your package. You can use this tracking number on our website or the carrier's website to monitor the progress of your shipment.

How do I know when my order has shipped?

We will send you an email notification as soon as your order has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number, carrier information, and an estimated delivery date. You can also check your order status by logging into your account on our website.

Can I change my shipping address after I've placed my order?

We understand that circumstances may change, but we recommend contacting our customer support team (letschat@mae.ink) as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. Depending on the status of your order, we will do our best to assist you with updating the shipping information. If the order is already shipped we are unable to make modifications, but suggest you contact your local delivery company to arrange a redirect.

What happens if my package is lost or stolen?

In the unfortunate event that your package is lost or stolen, please contact our customer support immediately (letschat@mae.ink). We will work with you to investigate the matter and resolve any issues. We may initiate a claim with the shipping carrier to help locate the package or provide a suitable resolution.

How do I report a missing item or damaged package?

If your package is missing one or more items, or damaged upon delivery, please reach out to our customer support team (letschat@mae.ink) within 7 days of receipt. We may require relevant details, such as order information, tracking number, and any supporting documentation or photos, to assist you with the issue promptly. Do you offer in-store pickup or local delivery?

We don’t currently have a retail space that you can visit. However, if required, an appointment can be made to pick up orders from our warehouse. Alternatively, we do offer local delivery services in select areas. During the checkout process, you will see the available delivery options based on your location. If local delivery is available, it will be presented as an option for you to choose.

Can I request special shipping instructions or packaging?

While we strive to accommodate special requests, please note that not all requests can be fulfilled. However, if you have specific shipping instructions or packaging preferences, you can mention them in the order notes during the checkout process. We will do our best to accommodate your requests if possible.
